Appointments will be conducted online using (Zoom / Teams etc). A personalised link will be sent to you along with instructions, so that we can have a face to face and interactive tutorial.

We are happy to accommodate changes when necessary, and with sufficient notice. We will not charge a cancellation fee if a tutorial is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24hrs notice . For cancellations within 24hrs, no refund will be offered.
